Transparent process

How crowdlending works step by step

A structured process that connects real estate developers with individual investors under analysis and compliance criteria.

01

Project selection and analysis

Every real estate proposal undergoes legal, financial and technical review before being listed on the platform. Location, collateral and the developer's business model are evaluated.

02

Listing and participation

The project is published with its financing target, term, estimated yield and risk level. Each participant decides how much to contribute starting from the minimum amount.

03

Origination of the collective loan

Once the target is reached, funds are channelled to the developer through a legally constituted vehicle in Mexico that formalises the debt and collateral.

04

Periodic yield payments

The developer makes payments following the project schedule. Yields and principal are distributed to participants until the loan is completed.
