These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website capitalveris.com (the “Site”), owned by Capitalveris Servicios Financieros, S.A.P.I. de C.V., domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico.
Capitalveris offers general information about the real estate crowdlending model and projects analysed in the Mexican market. The Site is informational and educational; it does not constitute a public offering, investment recommendation, tax advice or brokerage service.
Capitalveris is not a credit institution nor an entity regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV). The projects described on the Site may involve the participation of legal vehicles constituted in Mexico that formalise the loans. Any participation requires individual analysis and execution of specific documentation.
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including market risk, construction risk, counterparty risk and liquidity risk. Yields are not guaranteed and capital may be lost in whole or in part. The user acknowledges and accepts these risks before participating.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other forum.
